French Peacekeeper Killed in Hezbollah Attack in Southern Lebanon

On the 19th (local time), French President Emmanuel Macron announced that a French peacekeeper had been killed in an attack by the Hezbollah armed group in southern Lebanon. In response, Hezbollah denied any connection to the incident and refused to acknowledge responsibility.
